Stove J2
ENERGY CLASS:
The J2 model is very similar to its predecessor, the J1 model, but instead of a heat accumulator it has a “shelf”. What is it for?
Stoves with such a “shelf” are very popular in Germany, where the culture of drinking tea and coffee is very widespread, and the “shelf” is a “heating area” where you can put a cup of hot tea or coffee in order to keep the beverages hot. Very practical and interesting, isn’t it?
The basic model has a steel door, black or grey-painted. If you are looking for something “extra”, you can add one of the linings which will make your stove stand out even more. Linings from limestone or serpentino, or ceramics in three colors, ensure that everyone finds a model to their taste.
A log door is additional equipment but also an excellent option to have when you wish to hide the stove tools or logs from sight before the guests arrive, or just conceal them over the summer, in a place where you won’t forget where you have put them until the next heating season. Very practical.
This model also has an opening for fresh air intake and can be used in passive houses, as it won’t use the air from living space and thus save energy.
