The Color Group consists of five companies owned by the Šutalo family. Goran Šutalo established a craft trade in 1984, and started a production which is still successfully developing. With the constant expansion of the product range, the conquering of new markets and the gradual development of manufacturing operations with complementary activities, during the period of over 30 years the trade craft developed into a group, well-known throughout Europe. Today, Mr. Šutalo is at the forefront of his companies, and the founder and board member of the following companies: Color emajl d.o.o., Color trgovina d.o.o. (his daughter, Miss Matea Šutalo, is also a board member of the company), Color fire GmbH, Color transport d.o.o. and the newly opened company Vinota d.o.o., with which Mr. Šutalo plans to enter the tourism, hostelry and service industry.

Color trgovina, the company led by Matea Šutalo, with a range of DIY stores, is the general agent for Color Emajl products and Ember stoves for the Croatian market. More about Color trgovina.

Color Group has 580 employees, which is today, and in general, a huge success. Out of 580 employees, 5 employees have been working at Color Group for 25 years, 8 employees for 20 years, 48 employees for 15 years, and 158 employees for 10 years – which speaks of the confidence the employees have in their employer, of mutual respect and the fair relationship between work and capital. Color Emajl is manufacturing stand-alone and inset stoves and flue pipe elements. The company's headquarters are in the heart of Slavonia, in Požega. In fact, to be more precise, they are in the village Alaginci where manufacturing takes place. Color Emajl is the leading European manufacturer of painted steel flue pipe elements and one of the leading manufacturers of mid- and high-priced steel stand-alone and inset stoves. The products are sold in the European Union market, mostly in Germany, France, Scandinavia, Austria, and Italy, but also beyond the boundaries of the EU – in South Korea, Israel, etc. Flue pipe elements represent 55% of the manufactured products. Stoves make up the rest of the production.
